Which DVSA driving test centre do you use?

We primarily prepare pupils for their driving test at Skegness Driving Test Centre. Lessons cover a wide variety of local roads, junctions, rural roads and different traffic conditions, helping you develop the skills needed to drive safely and independently.

Do you offer refresher driving courses in Skegness?

Yes! Alongside beginner lessons, we offer tailored refresher driving courses for full licence holders who want to regain confidence, adapt to busy seasonal tourist traffic, or practice specific skills like parking and motorway driving.

Do I get any free study materials when I book?

Absolutely. Every registered student with Malcolm School of Motoring gets complimentary, free access to our premium online theory test app, alongside full progress tracking via the Total Drive Learner App.

How to claim 40 hours free driving lessons?

You can claim up to 40 hours of free driving lessons through the Motability Foundation grant program. To qualify, you must hold a UK provisional licence, have passed your theory test, lease a Motability vehicle (or have one on order), and receive a qualifying mobility benefit alongside a means-tested benefit like Universal.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Mobility Benefit: Receive the enhanced rate of PIP, higher rate of DLA, or equivalent.
  • Means-Tested Support: Get Universal Credit, Income Support, or another qualifying low-income benefit.
  • Scheme Status: Be a current Motability Scheme customer or have a vehicle due within four months

  • Complete the Form: Submit proof of your identity, provisional license, theory pass certificate, and benefit awards via their secure link.
  • Wait for Review: A case manager reviews your financial need, which can take up to 10 weeks.
  • Start Lessons: If approved, your instruction hours are arranged directly through their designated driving school partner.
